We are excited to be recruiting for an award-winning company based in the heart of Bath who are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join their friendly team.
As a Business Analyst, you will work with your team to provide a range of technical support services to the Operations Team, as well as use data to capture business insights and recommend changes to processes.
Daily duties to include:
- Supporting internal and external parties with a range of technical issues
- Analysing large data sets to identify operational issues and improve business processes
- Identifying improvement opportunities and challenge inadequate processes
- Planning and implementing operational changes
- Assisting with the resolution of business-critical issues and provide technical expertise
- Ensuring procedural documentation is up to date
Required skills and experience:
- Previous financial services experience is essential
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to process data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under own initiative
