A highly reputable and award winning firm with a presence across the UK, is now seeking a dispute resolution solicitor to join its well-regarded team based in Edinburgh due to organic growth.
The team has a strong reputation for litigation and ADR across a wide range of sectors.
Your role will involve:
- Working across a range of different practice areas
- Handling a mixed caseload consisting of complex litigation and commercial cases
- Working with clients operating in both the private and public sectors
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 3 years' PQE (Scottish qualified) gained within dispute resolution/commercial litigation
- Experience of working on property litigation and commercial disputes
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage a complex and varied workload effectively
