A well established property management group based near Gravesend, Kent is now looking for an Accounts Assistant to join a dedicated, professional highly skilled finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for a high level of complex reconciliations, this will include:-
- Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations
- Month end reconciliations
- Reconcile client ledger accounts
- Sales ledger reconciliations
- Handle all client account queries
- Credit control by phone and letter
- Aged debtor reporting and analysis
The ideal person will have a strong background in credit control, accounts receivable, and reconciliations, with a first rate phone manner and superb organisation skills.
