My client are a property developer who are based in West London are looking for a Marketing Executive to join their team.
Ideally I am looking for a candidate who has worked in Marketing for either a new build developer or an estate agent
Day to day duties:
- Overseeing work of the marketing coordinators & working closely with them
- Website creation and positing on social media
- Dealing with an implementing both signage & brochures for all developments
- Where necessary building good working relationships with external marketing agencies
- Working on to the marketing budget put in place by the board
- Market research - being aware of competitors marketing tools
- Working with the sales team & gaining feedback from them with regards to effectiveness of the marketing tools
- Proof reading and sending out press releases
