Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team and make an immediate impact. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and classroom resources.
- Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Support students with special educational needs, ensuring they receive appropriate attention and assistance.
- Participate in school activities and events, contributing to the overall school community.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role is desirable.
- A genuine passion for working with children and helping them achieve their potential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare are advantageous but not essential.
