We are now looking for an Operations Administrator to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis, working 30 hours per week spread across five days (Monday - Friday).

The Role

As an Operations Administrator, you will provide high quality administrative support to the Build, Sales and Health & Safety teams. You will also be required to support all of the teams during periods of absences and for any ad-hoc tasks.

Ensuring smooth office operations and contributing to the successful delivery of essential projects, you will manage communications, prepare reports and documents, assist with corporate events and support reception duties during absences.

Additionally, you will:

- Maintain and update databases and platforms
- Organise and assist with meetings, taking minutes and distributing agendas
- Assist with raising purchase orders and reconciling invoices
- Support PA duties during peak times or absences

About You

To be considered as an Operations Administrator, you will need:

- Experience of working in an office environment
- Good organisational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- At a minimum, GCSEs or equivalent at level 4 / Grade C or above in Maths and English
