Your new company
This is a brilliant opportunity to work with the Marketing & Communications team of an arms-length body of the Welsh Government on an initial six-month Fixed Term Contract. A new opening has been created for someone with a passion for social media, website management and content creation to join the organisation on a part-time basis.
Your new role
You will take responsibility for managing the social media operations across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, X, Facebook and YouTube, including posting, scheduling and monitoring engagement. You will also assist with the upkeep of the organisations' websites, including the creation and uploading of content. You will also generate captivating and engaging written and visual content to effectively engage with audiences, reporting and assessing the effectiveness of digital media engagement.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have prior experience of working in a Marketing & Communications team and of using and managing a range of social media channels. You will have prior experience of developing copy for the web, socials and campaigns.
What you'll get in return
This is a six-month Fixed Term contract to be worked on a two-day per week basis. £31,557 per annum (£12,623 pro rata). Flexible / Hybrid working options are available. Other benefits include generous holiday entitlement and a pension scheme.
