Are you a Service Advisor or similar with a strong knowledge of parts looking for a stable, permanent position within one of the UK's biggest providers of automotive parts, who are known for looking after their staff whilst providing direct progression opportunities to Assistant Branch Manager and ongoing?
On offer is the opportunity to join the UK's biggest provider of automotive parts and boast outstanding staff retention, having promoted 6 Service Advisors UK wide in the last year alone and are looking for the next candidate to come on board and move up the ranks.
This role will involve working within a tight-knit team, in a Branch of 7 people, where you will be handling incoming and outgoing parts telephone enquiries and sales with a range of blue chip and household name clients. Additionally, your role will involve serving customers on the trade counter and picking items in the warehouse for drivers.
This role would suit a Service Advisor or similar with a knowledge in parts, looking to join a market leading company who look after their staff, provide continuous development and multiples opportunities to progress within the business.
The Role:
- Working within a tight-knit team
- Liaising with customers face-to-face and on the telephone
- Unpacking stock and Warehouse upkeep
- Handling all parts queries and sales
- Monday to Friday 8:30-5:30, 1 in every 2 Saturday mornings, 4 hours
The Person:
- Service Advisor or similar
- Knowledge of automotive parts
