While the core responsibilities are outlined below, there are numerous opportunities to contribute across different areas of the business. Our client is looking for someone with a proactive attitude, who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail, and can build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Key Activities
As a Legal Executive / Paralegal, you will support fee earners in the Glasgow office and throughout the wider UK offering. You will also assist with paralegal tasks. Training and support for obtaining a paralegal certification will be provided, if you desire to study further.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and filing high-value cases
  • Reporting procedural events such as search and examination reports, and issue notifications.
  • Organising matters, including gathering quotations and managing the filing process.
  • Working through the lifecycle of cases and liaising with clients
  • Keeping clients informed about case status.
  • Docketing and monitoring deadlines.
  • Participating in deadline cross-checking systems.
  • Reviewing internal operations manuals and work procedures.
  • As part of the team, you'll have the chance to engage in various roles and projects, and shape your career path as our firm expands.
