The Job - SEN Teaching Assistant - Education and Training - Sutton
You'll be kept busy, working with pupils across all ages within the classroom to access their education. Your days will be varied, supporting children to engage with tasks set by the class teacher and reach their full potential. You'll take initiative, be resilient and drive pupils to achieve and progress. You'll work on learning activities, promote confidence and encourage pupils to act independently to succeed.
To apply to be a SEN Teaching Assistant, you must have:
- An enhanced DBS check, or must be willing to apply for one
- 2 checkable references
- Positive attitude towards education and desire to work with children
- Good communication skills
- Bright and high-energy personality!
- Be able to commute in/around Sutton
