Our Client, one of the longest-standing independently owned estate agents in the area, is seeking a New Sales Manager to join the Team in their Crouch End Office.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of sales agents, and developing strategies to maximize revenue. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the London property market.
Experience working for a London Based Estate Agency is essential.
- £30k Basic
- £60k OTE
- 10% commission
- £200 pcm Car Allowance
- 5-day week with a day off in the week & 1 Saturday a month off.
