Role Purpose:
Our client, based in Denton, are looking for a talented Property Administrator to support their property management team in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the leasing process, including responding to inquiries, scheduling property viewings, and preparing lease agreements.
- Assist with mortgage/rental queries, payments and arrears.
- Maintain accurate records of rental payments, expenses, and other financial transactions related to property management.
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring expenses to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
- Prepare and distribute notices to tenants as required, including rent increases and lease renewals.
- Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement strategies for maximizing occupancy, sales and rental income.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in property management/mortgage advice or real estate administration is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
