Location: Camberwell, South East London (SE5)

Salary: £59,020 per annum + Excellent Benefits

Hours: Days - Fully supernumerary

Time Recruitment is searching for a Clinical Lead for a luxurious care facility in Camberwell, South East London; read on to find out more about this exciting opportunity!

The group is a family run organisation with over 30 homes across the UK but they care to their core! They hold many prestigious design awards; boast excellent review scores of 9.5 and have been awarded the top 20 large care home group award for 2022/2023 & 2024!

The service is 98 bedded split across 4 floor so the average nurse ratio here is 1:24; the home is well staffed and caters largely to residential care and residential dementia care but boasts 2 nursing units for those with general nursing needs and dementia nursing needs.

The service has hotel like luxury en-suite rooms within its care community offering roof terraces and private dining and is ran by an incredibly experienced clinical management team.

Your role as Clinical Lead will mean you're a well required part of the clinical management team and your duties will include:

  • Responsible for monitoring standards of care delivered by qualified care staff.
  • Support the Manager in the implementation of all policies, procedures, and business objectives..
  • Responsible for monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any change impacting on care and care plans, ensuring that new needs are met, and written records are amended to reflect any variation.
  • Act as a focal point for contact with residents, their relatives and visitors, as well as health and social care professionals involved in their wellbeing, ensuring that any reasonable requests are acted upon and concerns or complaints are promptly investigated and dealt with appropriately.

As a Clinical Lead you will have the following attributes:

  • Have strong leadership skills & are highly motivated
  • Have a friendly & caring attitude
  • Able to engage well with the residents and their families.
  • Have strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Experience of working with people with Dementia
  • Valid NMC Pin - RGN trained
