40k basic uncapped commission
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and inspire our team of Account Executives. This is a hands-on leadership role that involves driving team performance, developing sales strategies, and ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Must Haves
- Requirements Proven experience in a sales leadership or management role
- ideally within financial services or B2B sectors
- with a key emphasis on outbound telesales management. Strong track record of driving sales team success and meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication

- and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and commercial acumen. Experience using CRM systems and sales performance tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support a cohort of Account Executives to deliver high performance.
- Optimise and deliver onboarding training to new Account Executives and contribute to ongoing training and development of the wider sales team
- Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, providing regular coaching and feedback.
- Drive the development and execution of effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Enhance our recruitment activities and interview prospective Account Executives as part of our hiring process to scale your team
- Monitor pipeline activity and ensure effective lead conversion and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities when required.
