Role: Private Family Solicitor
Location: Stratford upon Avon
Salary: up to £55k DOE
We are working with a specialist multi service law firm specialise in Family looking to bring in an experienced solicitor to work on a caseload which encompass divorce, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, financial disagreements during separation and divorce, as well as child-related disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage your own caseload effectively.
Provide expert legal advice in family law, covering areas such as divorce, financial matters, and child custody.
Draft pre-nuptial agreements.
Prepare Family Law applications.
Attend court hearings and advocate confidently.
Promote our family law services and develop new professional relationships to enhance revenue.
Manage, mentor, and support junior team members.
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor or CILEX lawyer with a concentration on private family law.
At least 4 years of post-qualification experience.
Adaptable, driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of private family law and court procedures.
Collaborative team player with a flexible mindset.
Eager to participate in networking and business development initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven capacity for efficient caseload management.
Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Valid driving license.
