The Opportunity
We're on the hunt for a talented and ambitious Social Media Content Creator to join our client's marketing team in Leicester. This role presents an exciting chance to shape the online presence of a leading local estate agency and drive engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
- Create compelling, SEO-optimised content that showcases properties and engages the local community
- Develop and implement a content calendar aligned with marketing strategies and business goals
- Analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimise performance
- Collaborate with estate agents to highlight new listings and local market insights
- Stay abreast of social media trends and platform updates to ensure cutting-edge practices
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably within the property or related sectors
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns and their results
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and their application to social media
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
- Full, clean UK driving licence for occasional property visits
