Responsibilities:
- Assist in the safe transport of vulnerable individuals with mental health issues or challenging behaviours.
- Collect and drop off service users across the country, ensuring their safety during the journey.
- Engage with service users, build rapport, and ensure their comfort.
- Work in secure environments alongside vulnerable people, providing necessary support.
- Handle various scenarios competently and effectively.
Requirements:
- Compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills.
- Full & clean UK drivers license
- Willingness to be on call and meet with the booking team as needed.
- Training provided.
