Account Manager

I am working with a global leader in household brands who specialise in Health and Wellness and Haircare industry who are recruiting for a Brand Lead to account manage the Amazon account.

Day-to-day of the role of the account manager:

  • Develop and implement the strategy and plan for the category-specific portfolio
  • Work closely with the Sales and Brand Leads to develop specific medium/long-term brand strategies on Amazon, including commercials, exclusive assortment, and channel strategy.
  • Manage commercial health of the portfolio across Amazon EMEA, focusing on Net Sales, Account Profitability, and SMART objectives.
  • Coordinate with Amazon marketing support, digital marketing, and product teams for new product launch plans.
  • Manage account/channel promotional plan and budget/terms accruals.

Required Skills & Qualifications for the account manager:

  • Minimum 3 years of Amazon account management experience
  • Proficiency in Vendor Central; Seller Central knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Media tools; AMS experience is desirable.
  • Competence in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel and Power BI being advantageous.
