Job Title: Practice Manager
Location: On-site Monday- Friday (Cardiff)
Hours: 9am-5pm
Salary: £50,000- £58,000 p/annum
CPS Group are supporting a Cardiff-based 3rd Sector Charity in hiring a Practice Manager for their hospice that specialises in palliative care. This is a brand-new role, so is a great chance to join an organisation that'll allow you to make a real difference to their patients.
If you're an experienced strategic line management with a passion of delivering high quality care, this is the perfect role for you.
The role:
- Lead, support, motivate the clinical admin team to delivering agreed targets, and promote continuous improvement
- You'll have overall strategic responsibility for the clinical service
- Be expected to contribute to the future plans of the service through data analysis and project management
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, as well as be involved in 3rd party contract negotiations
Essential Skills / experience:
- Ideally have worked in an NHS or 3rd Sector environment
- Previously worked with NHS IT management systems and Welsh care systems
- Experience of line management
- Understanding of internal policies and processes in regards to Data Management
- DBS Check Required
