RG Consultancy are working with an excellent client in the Legal sector who are looking for a Legal Cashier to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The company are reputable and are keen to bring someone on board to develop and train up within the business.
You will work closely with a medium sized team, reporting into a senior legal cashier.
Duties will include:
- Uploading and matching high volume invoices
- Petty cash duties
- Issue payments from client and office accounts
- Preparation of office and client account banking
- Posting receipt to appropriate ledgers
- Assist with month end duties
- Manage all internal and external accounts queries
- Other ad-hoc duties
The successful candidate:
- Finance/Accounting graduate
- Experience in Accounts Payable would be an advantage but not essential
- Experience in legal would be an advantage but not essential
