We are working with a well-established fit-out company based in Stockport, known for delivering high-quality work across a variety of commercial and industrial projects. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Painter with an IPAF ticket.
Job Description:
As a Painter, you will be responsible for carrying out high-standard painting work on a shop fit-out in Stockport.
Your role will involve working at height using powered access equipment, so a valid IPAF ticket is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming prior to painting
Apply paints, varnishes, and finishes to a high standard
Operate IPAF-approved powered access equipment (MEWPs)
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times
Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Painter, ideally within the commercial or industrial sectors
Valid IPAF ticket (minimum 3a and 3b)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
Ability to work at height and follow safety procedures
CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
