Consumer Additions are currently partnered with a sportswear fashion brand based in Central London. The brand is scaling at a fast pace and due to a promotion have a vacancy for their E-Commerce Manager position. This role will be crucial to their direct-to-consumer strategy moving forward in these crucial years of their development.
This opportunity is 5 days a week on-site in their offices in Waterloo. The role is required 5 days a week in the office as they want to give opportunity to develop skillsets and be exposed to all elements of the business as they grow.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Digital on the management of the brand's eCommerce websites against our commercial goals.
- Ensure the visual representation of the brand on-site is maintained.
- Influence the strategy for delivering a best-in-class shopping experience.
- Responsible for website Trade, Operations, and Technology.
- Support digital projects.
- Work closely with the Operations, Finance, and 3rd parties to ensure logistical projects, including expansion, service development, and inventory control, are planned and implemented.
- Strategically monitor and research emerging trends, tools, and platforms within the eCommerce technology landscape.
- Seek out opportunities to test, reflect on, and deploy suitable technologies that optimise the daily management of the websites and our analytics methods.
- Work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams on the creation and execution of campaigns, including the launch of new products, brand campaigns, and digital support for activations.
- Manage the end-to-end process for new product drops, from campaign content to backend setup.
- Develop and execute the merchandising strategy to aid user navigation and product findability.
- Work alongside designers and third-party development agencies to research, support, develop, test, and implement new functionalities that support the brand and deliver commercially.
- Support in weekly and ad hoc product and website analysis.
- Collect and interpret data from various sources and use insights to own the delivery of digital optimisations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing eCommerce websites.
- Strong understanding of digital operations and logistics.
- Knowledge of emerging eCommerce technology trends and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative, marketing, and product teams.
- Experience in digital merchandising and campaign management.
- Analytical skills to support product and website analysis.
- Ability to interpret data and implement digital optimisations.
