Our client a very well-known and respected Independent Estate Agent are looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of properties based in their busy management office in Regents Park.
Office location: London, NW1
Start date: ASAP
Hours: Monday- Friday- 9am-6pm.
They have an out of hours team, but where required the candidate will need to respond to urgent issues.
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Job description:
- Handle tenant enquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
- Conduct tenant, move-in/move-out inspections.
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Organise and ensure compliance is up to date
- Maintain up-to-date records of all compliance documentation
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential blocks
- Prepare budgets and invoices
- Manage repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment projects, ensuring they are completed to a high standard and within budget
