Roadshow Coordinator

Are you an exceptional Team Assistant / Roadshow Coordinator – ambitious for an opportunity to develop, and gain strong experience in a leading, global Investment firm? You will be academic, resilient, and willing to work extremely hard; with experience supporting large teams, with strong roadshow experience, and a strong, positive desire to work in a fast-moving, cutting-edge, client-focused environment as a Roadshow Coordinator.

This is a dynamic and effervescent role - that will see you managing the full execution process for Non-Deal Roadshows - seeking forward thinking Assistants that will thrive in the pace, and have a passion for event planning. Responsibilities including:

  • Co-ordinating meetings with investors.
  • Keeping the scheduling system up to date.
  • Up to date communications - updating the company ahead of the roadshow and whilst on the road.
  • Managing all last minute changes and keeping everyone updated.
  • Ensuring calendar invites are correctly inserted in both investor and corporate calendars.
  • Tracking and updating internal systems post-event with final attendees.
  • All roadshow logistics including: flights, visas, ground transfers, AV requirements, and catering.
  • Arranging and attending all group meetings, following up on actions.
  • Arranging and attending meetings at external venues.
  • Preparation of investor profiles.
  • Expense reconciliation.

At interview stage it is essential that you can demonstrate:

  • 2+ years' experience managing Roadshows.
  • That you are a fast leaner, meticulous and industrious - unafraid to make decisions, solve problems and work well both autonomously and in a team.
  • That you have excellent communication skills, verbal and written, and relay information in a consistent, professional manner - with experience working with senior level executives.
  • That you are dependable, and have a high attention to detail, no matter how many tasks you are juggling.
  • That you are positive and approachable, with a 'can do' attitude - no job is too big or too small.
  • You will show that you have a passion for being an exceptional Coordinator, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
