Video Editor - Chobham, Surrey
£30,000 - £40,000 plus benefits
Our client is a highly successful digital and creative agency, and they are looking to recruit a Video Editor to work with their expanding client list. You will need exceptional high quality and inventive video editing and production experience, and the focus will be to create polished and leading-edge video content. You will handle projects working autonomously to produce compelling content and you will exhibit a keen interest in all facets of video production and possess a willingness to take a varied role during shoots. This will involve editing, camera operating, sound technology and lighting.
- Experience of creating video content, creating story boards and skilled in sound editing
- You will conceptualise a brief from initial idea through to final edit and implementation and have an ability to work on all aspect of post-production, editing, sound design, colour grading.
- Collaborate with the creative and the content team to interpret briefs and ensure high quality delivery, and confidently present edited work and creative solutions to the broader team.
- Take ownership and manage creative briefs and workflow ensuring deadlines are met.
- Understand client objectives and challenges and adhere to brand guidelines in video content.
- Engage in creative ideation and conceptual thinking and stay up to date with latest trends.
- You will need to send through a portfolio showcasing exceptional video projects and creative ideas.
- Have exceptional knowledge of video editing software and tools including After Effects
