We are pleased to be working with an exciting organisation based in Harwell that are looking for a Junior Analyst to join the team. This role suits someone with a good analytical skillset and strong communication skills wanting to begin their career in finance. Offering up to £27,000, hybrid working + fantastic benefits.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting with managing the projects finance reporting requirements
- Assisting the wider team to ensure that all external claim, invoicing and reporting deadlines are met
- Produce monthly financial reports
- Monitor project costs and investigate any adverse variances
- Provide analytical support to the wider team to help achieve accurate planning and forecasting of business activities, revenue and project costs
- Maintain the finance project register
- Analyse and report on compliance with finance procedures, policies and updates
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders

- Previous office management skills
- Highly numerate and strong analytical skills
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills including Excel
