- Experience managing both project and application support delivery is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budget, and resource management; risk identification and mitigation; stakeholder communication (including C-suite); progress tracking via OKRs/KPIs; team mentorship; fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement; identifying growth opportunities.
