Our client, a prestigious privately-owned building services provider, is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team of professionals. This role is based at a prime site near Paddington, which comprises a small cluster of high-end office spaces. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance tasks on various plant systems within a commercial property.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults, ensuring minimal disruption to office operations.
  • Maintain and update maintenance records, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to deliver a seamless service.
  • Participate in the call-out rota (1 in 6) to provide emergency support as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Fully qualified Electrical Engineer (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in building services maintenance in the UK.
  • Strong knowledge of plant systems typically found within commercial properties.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary & Package:

  • Competitive salary of £43,000 - £45,000 per annum.
  • Flexible working hours with a split shift pattern (7am - 4pm/ 10am - 7pm)
