Our client, a prestigious privately-owned building services provider, is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team of professionals. This role is based at a prime site near Paddington, which comprises a small cluster of high-end office spaces. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance tasks on various plant systems within a commercial property.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults, ensuring minimal disruption to office operations.
- Maintain and update maintenance records, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to deliver a seamless service.
- Participate in the call-out rota (1 in 6) to provide emergency support as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Fully qualified Electrical Engineer (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in building services maintenance in the UK.
- Strong knowledge of plant systems typically found within commercial properties.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary & Package:
- Competitive salary of £43,000 - £45,000 per annum.
- Flexible working hours with a split shift pattern (7am - 4pm/ 10am - 7pm)
