A leading and successful provider of analytical testing and Environmental services are currently seeking 2 Laboratory Technicians to join the team in their environmental testing Lab in Didcot, Oxfordshire , on a temp to perm basis. Ideal for Graduates of Chemistry, or related disciplines, or if you have prior lab experience.
Role Overview
- Receipt and Analysis of Samples using a range of Analytical Techniques.
- Ensure all work is conducted in line with relevant regulations and standards such as UKAS ISO17025, GLP.
- Temporary to permanent, Full-time role Monday-Friday. 39 hours per week (Monday-Thursday 8:00am -4:30pm, Friday 8:00am-3:30pm)
Requirements
- A Degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific discipline is highly beneficial but not essential, if you have equivalent Lab Based experience.
- Experience in Analytical Chemistry, particularly environmental samples is highly advantageous.
- Must be highly motivated, with great attention to detail and problem-solving capability, excellent communication skills and a strong appreciation for the principles of quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be immediately available to begin.
