What You'll Do:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEN, helping them to achieve their academic and personal goals.
- Collaborate closely with teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt approaches to meet each child's unique needs.
- Cultivate a nurturing, inclusive learning space that prioritizes students' social and emotional growth.
- Assist with daily classroom activities, ensuring each student feels supported and engaged.
- Regularly communicate with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and achievements.
Who We're Looking For:
- Ideally, you'll have some experience with SEN support, but more importantly, you're patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping children reach their potential.
- Flexibility in adjusting your support techniques to accommodate various learning styles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
- A driver's license and vehicle access are a plus, though not essential, given the school's location in Morden.
