My client are a leading Construction firm based in stunning offices overlooking the Thames. They are seeking a Team Secretary to join their sociable team to support the Partners and wider team. You will become part of an ever evolving team and providing general admin support.
The role:
- Diary management for three partners and their large team
- Assisting with travel arrangements
- Assiting with the onboarding of new team members
- Expenses
- Supporting other administrators where neccessary.
The candidate:
- They are looking for someone who has around 3-4 years experience within an administrative role
- High level of IT competency and strong ability with Microsoft packages
- Someone who works well under pressure and can maintain a professional manner
- Someone who is happy to imerse themselve in the sociable nature of the team and business.
