Description
The Finance Director
- Being part of the local management team of UK to drive the commercial & financial agenda
- Driving financial performance, transparency, predictability and forecast accuracy
- Providing analytical, finance and business support, supporting the actual reporting, budget and forecasting processes and associated governance processes including business reviews
- Prepare and participate in the preparation of various presentations to top management
- Being a key contributor of driving performance improvements and turnarounds where needed
- Contributing to and leading finance and business improvement projects
- Provide financial control to ensure compliance with company requirements & local legislation
- Manage and develop the local Finance Team
- Lead internal and external Audit process including statutory accounts
Profile
A successful Finance Director will be:
- A fully qualified accountant ACCA, ACA or CIMA.
- Proven experience in a senior finance role
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Demonstrable track record as a business partner to drive sales and commercial strategy
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience partnering Sales with pricing, margin, budgets and forecasts
Job Offer
The Finance Director role comes with a competitive base salary of £90,000-£110,000, depending on experience, car allowance, up to 20% bonus, double matched pension and hybrid working (2-3 days in the office).
