Key Responsibilities:
- Central administration of tables.
- Ensure all devices are updated following software distribution and follow up on any devices that have not been successfully updated
- Investigate device software faults, system software faults, and operational faults.
- Maintain ticketing databases.
- Provide customer support for my customers' applications, including direct customer interaction and coordination with their supplier for fault logging and diagnosis.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, including English and Maths.
- Alternatively, at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar post.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an IT-related/database environment.
- Experience using MS Word and Excel.
- Proficient in database management.
- Analytical approach to problem-solving.
