Juice Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our fantastic client based in Gloucester, with their search for X2 Customer Service Administrators to join them on an initial temporary basis.
Main duties with include dealing with Scheduling Engineers to various sites across the UK and dealing with all general administration within the department.
DAY TO DAY
- Offering excellent customer at all times
- General administration to support the department
- Booking Engineers for site visits
- Arranging bookings and allocating follow up calls
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Previous administration or customer service experience
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Can do attitude
- Able to work confidently across the Microsoft suite
This role is available immediately, working Monday - Friday with an early finish on a Friday and paying £13 - 14 per hour!
