We are looking for a confident and self-motivated individual to provide temporary admin support to our client who has an audit taking place. You will be making sure all compliance processes are in place along with audit preparation and providing any other further support to the wider team when needed.
The ideal candidate must be pro-active with high attention to detail and not afraid to get stuck in.
Experience working with ISO 9001 and or AS9120 is essential.
- Providing high-quality administrative support and acting as a point of contact for suppliers and customers
- Provide advice and guidance relating to quality processes and policies
- Ensure internal auditing requirements are maintained, monitored and all data correctly recorded
- Collate and produce report records
- Ensure company systems are updated on an ongoing basis
- Process and perform compliance audits
- Assisting with the preparation of documents regarding quality, health and safety and reviewing on the management system
Title: Quality Administrator - Part Time
Salary: £15 - £17 per hour
Location: Reading
Duration: ASAP for 2 weeks - extension may be needed but this will be discussed nearer the time
Working Days: 2.5 days per week - flexible on days
