Marketing Executive / EA for a boutique Finance firm in the West End.

A boutique finance firm is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Marketing Executive / EA to join their busy admin team. They require someone who is passionate about marketing and excels at multitasking. The role is evenly split between organising seminars, events and marketing campaigns, and performing EA duties. The ideal candidate will have around 2-3 years of marketing experience and possess an outgoing personality to complement the firm's sociable culture.

Role: Marketing Executive / EA

Start date: ASAP (will wait 1 month's notice)

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

Working Hours: 9:00 - 6:00

Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH

Location: West End

Responsibilities:

Marketing support:

  • Coordinate marketing events
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns
  • Maintain the firm's online presence, including social media
  • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of research reports

Executive Assistance:

  • Calendar management
  • Schedule meetings
  • Organise travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Support team projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years as a Marketing Associate or similar role, ideally in professional services
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools, design software would be advantageous (Canva, Adobe)
  • Team player, positive attitude and a willingness to learn
