My client is a world-leading homeware company, who are currently looking for a Marketing & PR Manager to lead the company's Marketing & PR strategies within an omnichannel approach. This role involves developing a coherent and innovative marketing strategy and managing content distribution across various channels, reporting directly to the Director.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to devise and implement an omnichannel marketing strategy to support Sales objectives.
- Support the delivery of a social media strategy across core channels including Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, our website, and other platforms.
- Devise and implement a content distribution strategy across digital channels.
- Develop engaging assets with the social media content creator for both paid and organic social media channels.
- Stay updated with interiors market trends, social media innovations, and actively seek knowledge sharing opportunities.
- Devise, implement, and manage a performance marketing strategy to facilitate paid content distribution, focusing on conversion-led ads that maximise ROI.
- Use analytical tools to monitor and improve digital content marketing strategy, driving ROI and revenue growth.
- Implement management reporting and respond to social media interaction across all digital channels.
- Maximise commercial opportunities across digital channels.
- Report and continuously improve on agreed Marketing KPIs.
- Develop and nurture relationships with journalists to assist with marketing/sales strategies.
