Role: Marketing Executive – Knaresborough

Salary: up to £40K per annum

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30-5 and an early finish on a Friday.

Elevation Recruitment Group - Marketing Division are excited to be working exclusively with a global design and manufacturing business providing bespoke solutions to their clients.

General overview:

We are currently looking to recruit an ambitious B2B Marketing Executive, who will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation campaigns and aiding with the profitability of the business through effective marketing.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer you will be in a standalone role leading the marketing function will full autonomy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative marketing strategies and plans to make an impact on lead generation and to increase visibility of across target markets.
  • Support the brand and drive sales through online and offline marketing, delivering frequent and timely content creation, social media, video etc.
  • Monitor competitor, target market and key account activity for developments and trends that can inform the marketing plan.
  • Manage and develop the CRM system, including administration duties, GDPR compliance, report generation, lead management, campaign creation and management and updating structure and workflow.
  • Manage and develop the company website including updating pages with all current material, and ensure optimisation for SEO.
  • Create and develop appropriate content to support sales and project activity, in liaison with BDM's and Engineering, including region-specific and language-specific content.
  • Plan and implement all Marcoms activity including Advertising, Exhibitions, PR, Newsletters, internal marketing communications to support lead generation and customer acquisition and also existing customer engagement and retention.
  • Support corporate initiatives in core values, CSR, sustainability, lean manufacturing.
  • Ensure the corporate identity and brand is correctly implemented at all times both internally and externally.
  • Plan, execute and analyse on-line and off-line campaigns, including email and integrated campaigns and customer surveys. Report on effectiveness and improvements to be made.
  • Plan and manage a Marketing budget including planned expenditure for the annual budget.
  • As a member of the Sales & Marketing department support and undertake general marketing tasks as required, proactive in sourcing, developing and proposing new ideas for a creative marketing environment.

Core Competencies

  • Experience of working in a B2B environment preferably in an engineering, manufacturing, technical or industrial setting
  • Experience of using a CRM
  • Managing a website through CMS- Wordpress would be advantageous
  • Experience of using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Google Console and Yoast
  • Experience of working within a marketing role for the purpose of lead generation
  • Experience of marketing to an international market
