Responsibilities:
- Source qualified candidates using recruitment channels and tools.
- Screen CV's and conduct initial interviews.
- Manage candidate records in our system.
- Engage with candidates and provide updates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market changes.
- Collaborate with consultants and assist with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and time management abilities.
- Team player with client-focused mindset.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
