Job Title: Business Development Manager (UK and Europe)

We are currently working with a Global Original Design Manufacturer who are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Sales function, driving business growth through the implementation of effective business and sales strategies. You will report directly to the Managing Director and have the flexibility to work remotely or onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead our marketing strategy
- Drive pipeline growth in strategic markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers
- Prepare and present compelling proposals
- Close orders within the required timeframe
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure seamless execution of new projects
Requirements:
- Experience in the medical device and/or industrial sectors
- Familiarity with injection moulding and contract manufacturing
- Ability to read and understand customer RFQ/URS documentation
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- High standard of written and verbal communication, with a confident and professional manner
- Customer-focused, with a can-do and agile attitude
- Natural sales approach with a technical mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
