Position: UX/UI Designer
Location: Cambridge
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Salary: £40,000-£55,000 (Dependent on Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft visually stunning, user-centered designs from initial concepts through to final polished products.
- Use user feedback to inform and refine intuitive and seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet company objectives.
- Bring fresh ideas, challenge conventions, and drive continuous innovation.
What You'll Bring:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A creative, problem-solving mindset, delivering solutions that are both practical and visually appealing.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present and explain your design decisions.
- A passion for staying on top of design trends and a commitment to ongoing learning.
