Your Role as a Behaviour Mentor:

We're Looking For in a Behaviour Mentor:
- Previous experience supporting students with behavioural needs, ideally within a school setting.
- A calm, empathetic, and proactive approach to mentoring, with the ability to connect with students and earn their trust.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team with teachers, parents, and other school staff.
