Property Maintenance Manager

Salary:
£30,000 basic, OTE £37,500 - £40,000
Overview:
Our client, a well-established independent lettings agency, is seeking a proactive
Property Maintenance Manager
to oversee the upkeep and management of their rental properties. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in property maintenance / management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all property maintenance requests
- Identify and arrange routine maintenance tasks for rental properties
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors to ensure repairs and maintenance are handled efficiently
- Ensure all maintenance issues comply with health and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and contractor performance
- Manage budgets for repairs and maintenance work
- Conduct property inspections and report on necessary repairs
- Handle emergency maintenance issues promptly
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in property maintenance within the lettings industry
- Car driver with own car
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and own car
- Must live within a 30-minute commute of Ruislip
- Ability to manage contractors and liaise with landlords and tenants professionally
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Commute should be no more than 30 minutes
