JOB TITLE: Continuous Improvement Specialist
LOCATION: Melksham
SALARY: £32,000 - £36,000
WAY OF WORKING: 36.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 08.30 - 5 and Friday's 08.30 - 4
THE BUSINESS:
C4S Search are pleased to be partnering with a specialist in the engineering and manufacturing of respiratory protection equipment for military, law enforcement and fire personnel.
THE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST OPPORTUNITY:
- Lead Kaizen activities onsite.
- Oversee the Workplace Sustainment Program.
- Collaborate with operations teams to implement the Continuous Improvement (C.I.) strategy.
- Train and develop the workforce in Lean principles and tools.
- Work closely with group-level teams to enhance processes across the business.
- Participate in and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and formal problem-solving initiatives.
YOUR KEY SKILLS:
- Lean or CI experience desirable
- Good communication skills both verbally and written.
- Demonstrable Microsoft Office skills
- A positive approach to change
- Self-motivated and able to prioritise workload.
