We're looking for a motivated and detail-focused Off-Plan Conveyancer to join my clients growing property team. If you have at least 1 year of experience in off-plan conveyancing and enjoy working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full process of off-plan conveyancing, from instruction to post-completion.
- Liaise with developers, buyers, solicitors, and lenders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Conduct thorough title checks and prepare all necessary legal documents.
- Draft and review contracts, ensuring all conditions are met before exchange and completion.
- Keep clients updated and handle any questions or concerns they may have.
What We're Looking For:
- 1 year of experience in off-plan conveyancing is essential.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong client care abilities, with the confidence to explain legal terms clearly.
- Ability to manage a caseload and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with case management systems.
