Job Title: Maintenance Operative
Location: Leeds
Remuneration: £11.44 per hour
Contract Details: Temporary Contract for 6 weeks - Immediate Start
Responsibilities:
?? Emptying and preparing bins for collection.
?? Cleaning bin store floor.
?? Cleaning front (shop front-style) glass windows from ground level.
?? Changing light bulbs.
?? Clearing blocked showers and drains.
?? Carrying out site visual checks on clear fire escapes and mechanical doors.
?? Conducting weekly checks on fire alarm activation and fire extinguishers.
?? Performing basic checks on fire doors closing and window restrictors working.
?? Carrying out flick tests on emergency lights.
�? Completing small painting jobs.
