THE IT SUPPORT ENGINEER ROLE:
As an IT Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and technical support. Your responsibilities will include managing helpdesk calls, monitoring client systems, and supporting project work. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with team members and third-party suppliers.
IT SUPPORT ENGINEER ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and desktop support
- Experience with hardware setups, PC configurations, and installations
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of mobile device support and basic networking (LAN/WAN)
