Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced KS2 Teacher to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a proven track record of delivering high-quality education to children in Key Stage 2.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the school curriculum.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and school activities.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
