An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced lawyer to join one of the largest and most respected residential development teams in the country. This team operates within a top-tier international law firm, renowned for its excellence and a laid-back, welcoming culture.

The successful candidate will work with a national, high-profile team on high-value residential development and investment projects.

Responsibilities include handling complex contracts such as conditional/unconditional contracts, option agreements, development funding agreements, and more.

About the Team:

The Residential team is one of the largest in the industry.

They work on a wide range of projects across the Living Sector.

Clients include PLC, regional, and SME house builders, registered providers of affordable housing, land promoters, and PRS investors & developers.

The team specialises in residential and residential-led mixed-use developments.

Consistently rated as the premier team by clients and legal directories, recognised for their expertise and client service.

The firm is seeking Senior Lawyers to join this growing team. Expertise in house-building, build-to-rent, strategic land, or affordable housing is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

Work on high-value projects with major clients.

Handle key contracts and agreements related to residential developments.

Contribute to the success of a high-performing team by delivering exceptional results.

Ideal Candidate:

A qualified lawyer with a minimum of 8+ years PQE

Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering outstanding results.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage people and projects effectively.
