Assistant Aftersales Manager
- Highly Competitive Basic salary starting from £35,000, negotiable depending on experience.
- Good Bonus Opportunity when you can earn up to an additional £6,000 p.a. on top of your basic.

- Working Hours during the week are between 9.00am and 6.00pm.
- Saturday Rota is 1 in 3 worked 8.30am to 5.00pm.

Our Client is currently seeking an Assistant Aftersales Manager to join their team to effectively manage their aftersales operations within their vibrant well-established and thriving Main Car Dealership.

Responsibilities of the Assistant Aftersales Manager for our Client
- Assisting in Leading the entire Aftersales Team – overseeing the Parts, Service and Workshop teams
- Recruitment and Training with the Service, Parts and Workshop teams
- Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded
- Maximising profitability of the Aftersales Department.
The salary for this Assistant Aftersales Manager position is £40,000 basic with a potential OTE of £46,000.
